MINUTES
Representative Marquart, Chair of the Committee on Education Finance, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM, February 5, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
The Minnesota Department of Education's Office of Early Learning presented information regarding programming and services. Karen Cadigan, Director of the Office of Early Learning, Mary Orr, Department of Human Services Community Partnerships and Child Care Services Director, and Kevin McHenry, Minnesota Department of Education Government Relations Director testified before committee members.
Members' questions and comments were addressed throughout the presentation.
Representative Hertaus moved the minutes of January 31, 2013 be adopted.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 AM.
