Representative Mariani, Chair of Committee on Education Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:05 A.M. on March 7, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Mariani moved that H.F. 925 be passed and sent to the General Register.
Rep. Mariani presented H.F. 925 (Mariani); School district ability to request department assistance clarified.

Rep. Davnie moved that H.F. 771 passed and sent to the general register.
Rep. Davnie presented H.F. 771 (Davnie); Restrictive procedures for children with disabilities use clarified.
Rep. Davnie moved to amend H.F. 771, (see attached amendment
H0771A) THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Page 2, line 16 after "accessible" insert "in an electronic format on a school or district website or make a paper copy available upon request describing"
