Representative Simon, Chair of Committee on Elections, called the meeting to order at 12:32pm March 6, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF2516 (Bernardy) Election administration related provisions modified; and technical changes made to provisions related to voting, voting registration, ballots, and other election-related provisions.

HF2567 (Hansen) Noncampaign disbursement definition modified.
Rep. Simon moved HF2567 be re-referred to General Register.

Rep. Simon introduced oral amendment at line 2.16 after the word “media” insert “mailed or published prior to the end of the election cycle”. The motion prevailed.
