MINUTES
Representative Melissa Hortman, Chair of the Energy Policy Committee, called the ninth meeting to order at 12:33 P.M. on, February 12, 2013, in room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

Representative Bly presented the bill HF338, this committee hearing is informational only. No
action will be taken on the bill.
HF338 (Bly) Appraisal fee award in utility takings made the same as other takings, and buy the farm" provisions modified.

Representative Morgan moved adoption of the February 11, 2013 minutes.
