MINUTES
Representative Melissa Hortman, Chair of the Energy Policy Committee, called the tenth meeting to order at 12:31 P.M. on, February 18, 2013, in room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

Representative Hortman moved HF337 be passed and sent to the Committee on Taxes.
Representative Lillie presented the bill HF337
HF337 (Lillie) Electric generation facility personal property exemption provided.
Representative Hortman moved adoption of amendment
H0337A1.
The amendment was adopted.
A hand out was given to committee members: "Minnesota Municipal Power Agency, Distributed Generation".

Representative Hortman renewed her motion that HF337 be passed as amended and sent to the Committee on Taxes.
The bill was passed.

Representative Morgan moved adoption of the February 12, 2013 minutes.
