Representative David Dill, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the eleventh meeting to order at 4:05 p.m., on March 6, 2013, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Chair Dill moved HF 372 - relating to state lands; providing for public sale of certain tax-forfeited lands bordering public waters in Itasca County; allowing for private sale of certain land in Itasca County that were reserved in previous tax forfeited land sales - be recommended to pass and be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Lands bill.

Chair moved the author's amendment as follows:
Page 6, line 6.14, insert "Except for tax-forfeited land conveyed to establish a school
Forest under section 89.41,"before "Property;" change "Property" to "property."
Page 6, line 6.27, after "year;" insert "The commissioner of revenue shall record a
declaration of reversion for land that has reverted under this paragraph."
