Representative Wagenius, Chair of the Committee on Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Finance, called the meeting to order at 8:16 a.m., Tuesday, April 2nd, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Jason Moeckel, Section Manager, Ecology and Water Resources - Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, introduced himself for the record, testified on HFXXXX, and answered questions from members of the committee.

HF778 First Engrossment (Persell) Road easements exchange provided for; forest management investment account and State Timber Act modified, and money appropriated.
Chair Falk moved HF778 first engrossment be laid over for possible inclusion in the Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Finance Omnibus bill.

Forest Boe, Director of Forestry - Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, introduced himself for the record, testified on HF778 first engrossment and answered questions from members of the Committee.
