MINUTES

Representative Nelson, Chair of Committee on Government Operations, called the meeting to order at January 22, 2013 at 10:02 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

HF55 (Sundin) Carlton County annual tax levy for cemetery purposes authorized.

Representative Nelson moved that HF55 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to Property and Local Tax Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED, AND HF55 WAS RECOMMENDED TO PASS.

The committee heard an informational overview of the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority.

Representative Quam moved approval of the minutes from January 16, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
