Representative Nelson, Chair of Committee on Government Operations, called the meeting to order at 10:06am on February 12, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF350 (Simon) Special service district and housing improvement district deadlines repealed
Chair Nelson moved that HF350 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Housing Finance and Policy.

Representative Dorholt moved approval of the minutes from February 5, 2013 and February 6, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF321 (Hornstein) Minneapolis and Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board joint dedication fee changed.
Chair Nelson moved that HF321 be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.
