Representative Nelson, Chair of Committee on Government Operations, called the meeting to order at 10:02am on March 12, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

HF745 (Erhardt) Municipalities authorized to establish street improvement districts and apportion street improvement fees within districts, adoption of street improvement plan required, and collection of fees authorized.
Chair Nelson moved that HF745 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Transportation Policy.

Chair Nelson moved that HF1219 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Transportation Policy.
