Representative Nelson, Chair of Committee on Government Operations, called the meeting to order at 10:01am on April 9, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Freiberg moved approval of the minutes from March 13, 2013, March 15, 2013, March 19, 2013, and March 20, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Lien moved approval of the minutes from March 22, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1152 (Murphy) Volunteer firefighter relief association fiscal year defined, leave exemption clarified from minimum resumption service requirements for break-in-service service credit, and municipal approval mandated for certain interest rates creditable to deferred service credits.
Chair Nelson moved that HF1152 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Rules.
Chair Nelson moved to amend HF1152 (See attached
S1191-5A amendment). THE MOTION PREVAILED.
