Representative Nelson, Chair of Committee on Government Operations, called the meeting to order at 10:02am on March 12, 2014 in Room B of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Freiberg moved that HF2621 be recommended to be re-referred to the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources Policy.

Representative Freiberg moved to amend HF2621 (See attached H2621A1 amendment). THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Nelson moved that HF2849 be recommended to be placed on the General Register.

Representative Dill abstained from voting on HF2849.

HF2787 (Hornstein) was pulled from the agenda by request of the author.

HF2392 (Hornstein) State agencies; cleaner fuel-powered motor vehicles

Chair Nelson moved that HF2392 be recommended to be placed on the General Register.

HF2391 (Hornstein) State SmartFleet requirements modified

Chair Nelson moved that HF2391 be recommended to be placed on the General Register.
