Chair Thomas Huntley began the Seventeen-A meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Committee at 10:03 a.m. in Room 200 of the State Office Building on Tuesday, February 20, 2013.
HF 382 (Benson) - Food shelf program money appropriated

Representative Loeffler moved approval of the February 14, 15, 18 and 19, 2013 minutes. The motion prevailed.
Chair Huntley moved HF 382 be recommended to pass and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services omnibus bill. Testimony continued:

HF 396 ( Benson) - Hennepin County; St. David's Center for Child and Family Development funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Chair Huntley moved HF 396 be recommended to pass and rereferred to Capital Investment. Representative Benson explained his bill. Testifiers were:

Discussion occurred and the Chair renewed his motion that HF 396 be recommended to pass and rereferred to Capital Investment. The motion prevailed.
HF 558 (Fritz) - Grave marker and memorial funding provided for deceased residents of state hospitals and regional treatment centers, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Representative Fritz moved HF 558 be recommended to pass and be rereferred to Capital Investment.
