HF 937 (Laine) - Human services programs funding provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Laine moved HF 937 be recommended to pass and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services omnibus bill and gave an overview of the bill. Testifiers were:

Following discussion, Chair Huntley laid the bill over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Finance omnibus bill.
HF 698 (Halverson) - Runaway and Homeless Youth Act modified, and money appropriated
Representative Halverson moved HF 698 be recommended to pass and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services omnibus bill and further moved for adoption and explained the
H0698A1 amendment. The motion prevailed. The H0698A1 amendment was adopted. Testifiers were:

Chair Huntley laid the bill over as amended for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Finance omnibus bill.
HF 119 (Gruenhagen) - McLeod County; nursing facility property rate increase provided.
Representative Gruenhagen moved HF 698 be recommended to pass and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services omnibus bill and further moved adoption of and explained the
H0119A1 amendment. The motion prevailed. Testifying were:

Greg TaBelle, Audit Director, Department of Human Services
Representative Gruenhagen changed his motion as follows: that HF 119, as amended, be recommended to pass and sent to the General Register, rather than being laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services omnibus bill. The motion prevailed.
