Vice Chair Kim Norton called to order the thirtieth meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Committee at 10:07 a.m. in Room 200 of the State Office Building on Wednesday, April 3, 2013. The committee legislative assistant noted the roll:

Representative Liebling moved approval of the March 21, 2013 minutes. The motion prevailed.

HF 1233 (Huntley) - Omnibus Health and Human Services Finance Bill

Representative Huntley moved HF 1233 be recommended to pass and further moved adoption of the A130268 delete all amendment. The motion prevailed. The A130268 delete all amendment was adopted.

Discussion occurred throughout the testimony. At 11:15 a.m. Chair Norton recessed the committee until 6:00 p.m. in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
