Representative Liebling, Chair of Committee on Health and Human Services Policy, called the meeting to order at 2:19 PM March 5, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Moran moved the amended minutes of February 26 and the minutes of February 27 be approved. Motion prevailed.
Chair Liebling moved that HF844 (Nelson) Quality Self-Directed Services Workforce Council created, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Labor, Workplace and Regulated Industries Committee.
Chair Liebling moved that amendment
H0844DE1 of HF844 be adopted. Motion prevailed. Amendment adopted.
At 2:23 Chair Moran assumed the gavel.
At 2:24 Chair Liebling assumed the gavel.

Representative Abeler moved an oral amendment to add "or designee" following the word "services" on line 4.18. Motion prevailed. Amendment adopted.
Chair Liebling renewed her motion that HF844 be recommended to pass as amended and re-referred to the Labor, Workplace and Regulated Industries Committee.

Representative Loeffler moved that HF869 (Loeffler) Medical assistance eligibility provided for inmates while they are inpatients in a medical institution, be recommended to pass and re-referred to Health and Human Services Finance Committee.
