MINUTES

Representative Liebling, Chair of Committee on Health and Human Services Policy, called the meeting to order at 9:04 am, February 28, 2014 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Laine presented information on HF2306 (Laine). Chair Liebling allowed time for questions from members. HF2306 was laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Policy Omnibus Bill.

Representative Schoen moved that HF2307 (Schoen) be recommended to be re-referred to the Judiciary Finance and Policy Committee.

Representative Schoen moved the H2307A2 amendment. Motion Prevailed. Amendment adopted.

Representative Schoen renewed his motion that HF2307 (Schoen) be recommended to be re-referred to the Judiciary Finance and Policy Committee. Motion prevailed.

Representative Huntley moved that HF2150 (Huntley) be recommended to be re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance Committee. Representative Huntley presented the bill and Doug Berg, House Fiscal Analyst was made available for questions. Representative Huntley renewed his motion that HF2150 be recommended to be re-referred to the Health and Human Services Committee. Motion prevailed.

Representative Johnson, C. moved that HF2227 (Johnson) be recommended to be re-referred to the Civil Law Committee.

At 10:31 Vice Chair Moran assumed the gavel.

At 10:36 Chair Liebling assumed the gavel.

Representative Johnson, C. renewed his motion that HF2227 (Johnson) be recommended to be re-referred to the Civil Law Committee. Motion Prevailed.

Representative Fritz moved that HF1295 (Fritz) be recommended to be re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance Committee.

Representative Fritz renewed her motion that HF1295 (Fritz) be recommended to be re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance Committee. Motion prevailed.
