Representative Liebling, Chair of Committee on Health and Human Services Policy, called the meeting to order at 2:21 pm March 5, 2014 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Johnson moved the minutes from interim hearings held on October 9 and November 13 of 2013, and January 28 and January 29 of 2014. Motion prevailed. Minutes adopted.
Representative Ward moved that HF2177 (Ward) be recommended to be re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy Committee.

Chair Liebling moved the
H2526DE1 amendment. Motion prevailed. Amendment adopted. Representative Norton offered to incorporate an oral amendment to H2326DE1, Chair Liebling moved the oral amendment as follows: on line 2.7 delete the word “may” and insert “have a right to”. Motion prevailed. The oral amendment is adopted.
