Representative Clark, Chair of Committee on Housing Finance and Policy, called the twenty-second meeting to order at 12:35pm on 3/5/2014 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Isaacson moved that HF1992 be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Policy.
Representative Dehn presented HF1992 (Dehn). Home and community-based waiver and general assistance recipients residency ratio restrictions modified.

Representative Anderson moved to amend HF1992. See attached
H1992DE3. MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Isaacson renewed the motion to re-refer HF1992 as amended, to the Committee on Health and Human Services Policy. MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Radinovich moved that the minutes of February 26, 2014 and March 3, 2014 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
