Representative Mahoney, Chair of Committee on Jobs and Economic Development Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 12: 35 PM, February14, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll; and a quorum was present.

Rep. Metsa moved HF351 (Melin) to be heard.

Rep. Melin presented HF351 - Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board.
Amendments Section 1, Subdivision A

Commissioner Tony Sertich (testifier).

Rep. Metsa moved HF351 to adopt amendments, motion prevailed.

Rep. Metsa motioned that bill HF351 be passed as amended to Gov. Ops. Motion prevailed.

Rep. Norton moved HF395 (Norton) to be passed and laid over for possible inclusion in Omnibus bill.

Rep. Norton and testifiers presented HF395 - Autism Spectrum Disorder Pilot Employment Programs.

Rep. Mahoney laid the bill over for possible inclusion for the omnibus bill.

Rep. Norton moved HF409 to pass and go to Government Operations.

HF 409 Destination Medical Center bill presentation by Norton, and Testifiers.

Norton renewed her motion to pass HF409 and move it to Gov Ops.
Motion prevailed.
