Representative Mahoney, Chair of Committee on Jobs and Economic Development Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 11: 40 PM, Thursday, March 7, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll; and a quorum was present.

Rep. Metsa moved HF 763 (Metsa) Employment law provisions federal conformity changes made, for possible inclusion on the Jobs Omnibus bill.
Testifier: Jessica Looman, Assistant Commissioner, Department of Labor and Industry; Jobs NOW; and Ben Gerber, St. Paul Chamber of Commerce.
Rep. Metsa moved HF A13 Amendment to be included. Motion prevailed.
Chair Mahoney laid over HF763 over for possible inclusion on the Jobs Omnibus bill.
Chair Mahoney moved HF92 (Winkler) Minimum wage regulated, to be passed and moved to Commerce. Rep. Winkler presented.
