MINUTES

Representative Hilstrom, Chair of Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 2:15 PM on January 15, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Chair Hilstrom and the members of the committee introduced themselves for the record.

Committee staff also introduced themselves to members and the record.

Chair Hilstrom provided the committee rules and procedures.

The following individuals provided an overview of the Minnesota Court System:
Jeff Shorba - State Court Administrator
Judge Peter Cahill - Chief Judge, 4th Judicial District
Judge Jim Florey - District Court Judge, 6th Judicial District
Katie Shurrer - State Court Administrative Office

The meeting was adjourned at 3:43 PM.
