Rep. Melin moved an oral amendment to theH0807A5 amendment, as amended. The amendment would strike “charge” in line 1.13 and insert “citation.” It would also insert “alleged and suspected” after “both” on line 1.13. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDMENT, AS AMENDED, WAS ADOPTED.
