Representative Simon presented HF 894 (Simon) Election law technical and clarifying changes made including provisions related to absentee voting, redistricting, ballots, registration, voting, caucuses, campaigns, the loss and restoration of voting rights, vacancies in nomination, county government structure, and election administration; electronic roster pilot project and task force provided; Uniform Faithful Presidential Electors Act established; reports required; and money appropriated.
