Representative Murphy, Chair of Committee on State Government Finance and Veterans Affairs, called the meeting to order at 12:30 on January 27, 2014 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Jon Eichten, MN.IT, discussed the new e-government advisory council and the status of expanded North Star/ on-line government information
Curt Yoakum, MN Department of Administration, updated on enterprise LEAD program, SmART (small agency resource team), and status of grant funding
Matt Massman and Terri Steenblock, MN Department of Revenue, discussed debit cards.
David Kelliher, MN Historical Society, discussed educational outreach, increased access to historical sites, and collections access.
For reference, we’ve included a list of 64 mandated reports that our office has received
Representative Nelson asked for adoption of the list of mandated reports, MOTION APPROVED, The report was ADOPTED.
New Staff:
Andrew Biggerstaff, House Research will be replacing Jim Cleary.
Chair Murphy announced there will be no meeting on Wednesday, January 29, 2014.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:44.The next meeting will be on Wednesday, February 26, 2014.
