MINUTES

Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:31 p.m. January 29th in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Commissioner Myron Frans presented the governor's budget to the committee.

Commissioner Frans answered questions of the committee.

Chair Lenczewski referred HF 55, HF 81, HF 104, HF 114, HF 126 to the Committee on Property and Local Tax Division.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
