Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 3:34 PM April 17, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Lenczewski moved HF 677 as amended by the delete all amendment.

Representative Davnie moved the H0677A16 amendment.

The motion prevailed. The H0677A16 amendment was adopted.

Chair Lenczewski moved the A0677A21 amendment.

The motion prevailed. The A0677A21 amendment was adopted.

Representative Davids moved the H0677A12.

The motion did not prevail. The H0677A12 was not adopted.

Representative Garofalo moved the H0677A17 amendment.

Representative Barrett moved the H0677A11 amendment.

The motion did not prevail. The H0677A11 amendment was not adopted.

Representative Loeffler moved the minutes from March 12, March 13 and April 15 &16.

The motioned prevailed. The minutes from March 12, 13 and April 16 were approved.

Representative Melin moved the H0677A23 amendment.

The motion prevailed. The H0677A23 amendment was adopted.

Representative Liebling moved the H0677A7 amendment.

Representative Davids moved the H0677A12 amendment to the H0677A7 amendment.

Representative Davids made the oral amendment as follows:

Page 1, line 8 and 9, delete “the board of the Mayo Clinic”

Representative Davids called for a Division.

There were 10 yays and 14 nays. The motion did not prevail. The H0677A12 amendment to the H0677A7 amendment was not adopted.

Representative Liebling made the oral amendment as follows:

Page 1, line 6, delete “money”
Page 1, line 18, delete “¬adopted by the city”

The motion prevailed. The H0677A7 amendment was adopted.

Representative Lesch moved the H0677A2 amendment.

The motion prevailed. The H0677A2 amendment was adopted.

Representative Lesch moved the H0677A14 amendment.

Representative Lesch directed the staff to make the following changes to the amendment:

Page 1, delete lines 3-26

The motion prevailed. The H0677A14 amendment was adopted.

Representative Lesch moved the H0677A20 amendment.

The motion prevailed. The H0677A20 amendment was adopted.

Representative Simonson moved the H0677A3 amendment.

Representative Davids requested a roll call on the H0677A3 amendment.

Representative Simonson withdrew the H0677A3 amendment.

Representative Garofalo requested a roll call on HF 677 as amended.
