Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:30 pm April 15, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.
Representative Erickson, R. presented HF 740 (Erickson) Landowner bill of rights modified, land acquisition account modified, school forests provided for, Fond du Lac Indian Reservation tax-forfeited land sale provided for, state parks and forests added to and deleted from, and exchanges and sales of state lands authorized.
Dave Schuler testified on HF 740.
A quorum was present at 12:38 pm.
Representative Benson moved that HF 740 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
The motion prevailed. HF 740 was re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
The Tax Committee went into recess at 12:42 pm.
The Tax Committee reconvened at 10:08 pm.
Representative Loeffler moved the minutes from April 4, April 9, April 10 and April 11.
The motion prevailed. The minutes were approved.
Chair Lenczewski moved HF 677 (Lenczewski) Omnibus Tax bill.
Chair Lenczewski moved the A13-0469 amendment
The motion prevailed. The A13-0469 amendment was adopted.
Nina Manzi, Pat Dalton, Joel Michael and Andrew Biggerstaff of the House Research Department presented the Omnibus tax bill provisions.
Cynthia Templin and Katherine Schill of the House Fiscal Department presented the revenue provisions of the Omnibus tax bill.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:53 PM.
