MINUTES

Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM March 11th, 2014 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Pat Dalton, of House Research, presented local government instrumentalities and joint power relationships.

Representative Carlson moved HF 2195. Representative Freiberg presented HF 2195 and HF 2422.

HF 2195 was laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus tax bill.

Representative Loeffler moved HF 2422. Representative Loeffler moved the H2422A1 amendment. The motion prevailed. The H2422A1 amendment was adopted.

HF 2422 was laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus tax bill.

Representative Mack moved HF 2703. Representative Mack moved H2703A1 amendment. The motion prevailed. The H2703A1 amendment was adopted.

Representative Pugh presented HF 2703.

Representative Slocum moved HF 2457. Representative Poppe presented HF 2457.

HF 2457 was laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus tax bill.

Representative Lesch moved HF 2423. Representative Lesch moved the HF2423A1 amendment.

Pat Dalton, of House Research explained the HF 2423A1 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Representative Barrett moved HF 2532. Representative Zerwas presented HF 2532.

HF 2532 was laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus tax bill.

HF 2607 was laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus tax bill.
