Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:40 PM March 25, 2014 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Lenczewski moved HF 1982. HF 1982 was laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus tax bill.

Chair Lenczewski moved HF 3170. HF 3170 was laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus tax bill.

Chair Lenczewski moved HF 3167. HF 3167 was laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus tax bill.

Representative Davids moved the minutes from March 20, 2014. The motion prevailed. The minutes from March 20, 2014 were adopted.

Nina Manzi of House Research presented information on budget reserves.
