Representative Davnie, Chair of the committee on Property and Local Tax Division, called the joint meeting to order at 12:31 pm February 19, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant of the Taxes Committee noted the roll.

Representative Allen presented HF 174 (Allen) Indian tribe owned nonprofit property exemption provided.
Representative Mahoney moved the
H0174A1 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
