Representative Davnie, Chair of Committee on Property and Local Tax Division, called the meeting to order at April 3, 2013, 4:02 P.M. in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Carlson moved that the minutes from the Property and Local Tax Division hearing on April 2, 2013, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Representative Davnie moved HF 2
Joel Michael, from the House Research Department presented information on H000214A (Davnie). Change to the household income for Roth IRAs, Roth 401Ks, Roth 457 Plans. Change in police and fire pension aids to change to reference to a special revenue fund. Limit on amount of sustainable forest incentive program. Technical change to LGA formula. Increase of CPA appropriation by two million dollars. Delete Isanti fire district. Change to frac sand tax bill.
