Representative Hornstein, Chair of Committee on Transportation Finance, called the meeting to order at 10:06AM Wednesday March 27, 2014 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Masin presented HF2752 (Masin) Metropolitan Council required to adopt standards for light rail vehicles, and Transportation Accessibility Advisory Committee review of vehicle standards required. Representative Hornstein renewed his motion that HF2752 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED. HF2752 WAS RE-REFERRED TO THE COMMITTEE ON WAYS AND MEANS.
Representative Hornstein moved to re-refer HF3084 to the Committee on Ways and Means. Representative Bernardy presented HF3084 (Bernardy) Transportation Department; reporting requirements eliminated; antiquated, unnecessary, redundant, and obsolete provisions eliminated and modernized; and conforming changes made.
