Representative Erhardt, Chair of the Transportation Policy Committee called the meeting to order at 2:24 PM on Tuesday, February 20th 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Sundin moved approval of the minutes from February 19th, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED
Rep. Brynaert presented HF211 (Brynaert), Owatonna and Dodge Center, Trunk Highway 14 construction project completion requirements established.

Rep. Hausman presented HF487 (Hausman), Traffic safety camera use by local authorities authorized to regulate traffic at intersections.
Rep. Erhardt moved to amend HF487 (see attached amendment
A13-0054). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
