Representative Simon, Chair of Data Practices Subcommittee, called the meeting to order at 4:00pm on February 27, 2013 in Conference Room 500S of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Hortman moved approval of minutes from meeting on February 5, 2013. The motion prevailed.
HF501 (Hilstrom) medical examiners and coroners permitted to use license and identification card photographs.
Chair Simon moved approval of HF501 for referral to Civil Law.
