MINUTES
Representative Schomacker, Chair of the Aging and Long-Term Care Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on March 4th, 2015, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Gunther moved the minutes of February 25th and February 27th be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Schomacker moved that HF 515 be re-referred to the Committee on Human Services Finance.
Representative Lueck presented HF 515 to committee members.
Mike Deuth, Executive Director of Good Samaritan Society, and Kim Brenne, Interim Audit Director of the Department of Human Services, testified on the bill.
Representative Schomacker renewed his motion that HF 515 be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Schomacker moved that HF 1221 be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance.
Representative Schomacker moved the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Zerwas presented HF 1221, as amended, to committee members.
Tim Hokanson, Administrator of Mount Olivet Careview Homes and Dan Dixon, Chief Financial Officer of Guardian Angels, and Greg TaBelle, Reimbursement Director of CliftonLarsonAllen, testified on the bill.
Representative Schomacker renewed his motion that HF 1221, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Schomacker moved that HF 162 be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance.

Representative Schomacker renewed his motion that HF 162, as amended, be re-referred to the committee on Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Newton recommended to the Chair and the committee that HF 553, HF 232, HF 173, HF 730, HF 487 and HF 190 be moved in one motion.
The Chair and committee members discussed the recommendation. The committee had no objection with the motion to move the bills in one motion.

Representative Frieberg presented HF 190 to committee members.
Matt Kinne, Administrator of the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute’s Transitional Rehabilitation Program and Dr. Heidi Street, Medical Director for the Transitional Rehabilitation Program and the Advanced Primary Care Clinic at the Courage Kenny Golden Valley Campus testified on the bill.
Representative Schomacker renewed his motion that HF 553, HF 232, HF 173, HF 730, HF 487 and HF 190 be re-referred to the committee on Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
