MINUTES
Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the twenty-second meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on Thursday, April 7, 2016 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Torkelson called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative O’Driscoll moved to approve the minutes of April 5, 2016, with the correction of the date. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 2970 (Vogel) Debt limit established.
Representative Vogel moved HF2790 to be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Vogel moved the H2970A1 amendment.
Representative Hausman requested a roll call on the H2970A1 amendment. The results were as follows:

Representative Vogel renewed his motion that HF2970, as amended, be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
