Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the twenty-third meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lillie moved to approve the minutes of April 7, 2016. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rick Goodman, Executive Director, Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership.

Julie Frick, Executive Director, Carver County Community Development Agency.
Representative Erickson introduced the presentation on an infrastructure bonding project for the city of Milaca.

Tim Truebenbach, Superintendent, Milaca Schools.
Representative O’Driscoll introduced a presentation on road construction funding for the city of Sartell.
Anita Rassmussen, Assistant City Administrator, City of Sartell.
Representative O’Driscoll introduced a presentation on a road construction funding for Benton County.
Chris Byrd, County Engineer, Benton County.
Jake Bauerly, County Commissioner, Benton County.
Representative Wills introduced a presentation on reconstruction funding for Dakota County.
Patrick Wrase, Director of Public Works, City of Rosemount.
Representative P. Anderson presented on a bridge replacement project for the city of Melrose.
