MINUTES
Representative Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee, called the meeting to
order at 8:15 A.M. on March 3rd, 2015, in the Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Scott called the meeting to order at 8 :20 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Johnson moved to approve the minutes from February 26th, 2015. THE
MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Hilstrom moved HF773 be re-referred to the Committee on Higher Education.
Representative Hilstrom moved the HF773DE1 amendment.
Representative Lesch moved an oral amendment on HF773DE1. On line 1.9 the words "worth
$1,000,000 or more" be removed. The language was incorporated into the amendment.
Chair Scott moved the HF773DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Available testifiers for HF773, Representative Ben Lien, Cody Meyer, Rich Neumister.
Representative Hilstrom renewed her motion that HF456 be re-referred as amended to the
Committee on Higher Education. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Scott moved HF546 be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance.
