MINUTES

Representative Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:00 A.M. on April 28, 2016, in Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Scott called the meeting to order at 11:34 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Johnson moved to approve the minutes of April 25th, 2016. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3925-(Hackbarth) Iron Range resources and rehabilitation commissioner duties modified, Legislative-Citizen Commission created, legislative oversight provided, appropriations and distribution modified, conforming changes made, study required, and money appropriated.

Chair Scott moved that HF3925 be re-referred to the committee on Job Growth and Energy affordability.
