MINUTES
Representative Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 P.M. on May 10th, 2016, in Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Scott called the meeting to order at 3:00 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Smith moved to approve the minutes of April 28th, 2016. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3980-(Sanders) Miscellaneous oversights, inconsistencies, ambiguities, unintended results, and technical errors corrected.
Chair Scott moved that HF3980 be re-referred to the General Register.
