MINUTES

Representative Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on January 27, 2015, in the Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Scott called the meeting to order at 8:16 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Johnson moved to adopt the minutes of January 20th, 2015. The minutes were ADOPTED.

HF239

Available testifiers for HF239, Representative Paul Anderson and Dennis Ritter.

Representative Johnson moved HF239 be referred to Public Safety and Crime Prevention.

Representative moved amendment DEA-1be adopted. The amendment was ADOPTED.

Representative Johnson renewed his motion that HF239 be adopted as amended and re referred to Public Safety and Crime Prevention.

HF262

Representative Smith moved HF262 be referred to the general register.

Available testifiers for HF262, Representative Dennis Smith and Kevin Dunlevy.

Representative Smith moved the A-1 amendment be adopted. The amendment was ADOPTED.

Representative Smith renewed his motion that HF 262 be adopted as amended and re referred to the general register. The motion was ADOPTED.

HF260

Representative Lesch moved that HF260 be adopted and referred to Veteran Affairs Division.

Available testifier for HF260, Representative John Lesch and Major Lindsey Olson.

Representative Lesch renewed his motion that HF260 be adopted re referred sent to Veterans Affairs Division. The motion was ADOPTED.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:26 A.M.
