MINUTES

Representative Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on February 5th, 2015, in the Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Scott called the meeting to order at 8:17 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Johnson moved to adopt the minutes of February 3rd, 2015. The minutes were ADOPTED.

HF464

Representative Scott moved HF464 be referred to the Committee on Public Safety and Crime Prevention.

Representative Scott moved amendment A15-0018. The motion was ADOPTED.

Available testifiers for HF464, Representative Tim Mahoney and Michael Dittberner.

Representative Scott renewed her motion that HF464 be re referred to the Committee on Public Safety and Crime Prevention. The motion was ADOPTED.


HF451

Representative Scott moved HF451 be referred to the Committee on Health and Human Service Reform.

Available testifiers for HF451, Representative Carolyn Laine, Michael Ditteberner, Julie Erikson, Jennifer Sommerfield, and Shannon Burns.

Representative Scott renewed her motion that HF 327 be adopted re-referred to the State Government and Finance Committee. The motion was ADOPTED.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:53 A.M.
