MINUTES

Representative Smith, Vice Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on February 12th, 2015, in the Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Smith called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. A quorum was not present.

At 8:19 a quorum was present.

Representative Vogel moved to adopt the minutes of February 10th, 2015. The minutes were ADOPTED.

Representative Scott moved HF518 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Available testifiers for HF518, Representative Peggy Scott, Melinda Hugdahl, and Lisa Kallemeyn.

Representative Scott renewed her motion that HF518 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Scott moved HF497 laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.
