MINUTES

Representative Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on February 26th, 2015, in the Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Scott began the meeting at 8:15 A.M. A quorum was not present.

Chair Scott began presentation of HF155.

Representative Scott called the meeting to order at 8:43 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Smith moved to approve the minutes of February, 24th 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Scott moved HF155 be re-referred to the Committee on Public Safety and Crime Prevention.

Chair Scott laid over HF155 for further consideration.

Representative Johnson moved that HF222 be re-referred to the Committee on Public Safety and Crime Prevention.

Representative Johnson moved HF222DE-1 Amendment. The Amendment was held over for future consideration.

Representative Johnson moved HF222A-1 Amendment. THE MOTION WAS WITHDRAWN.

Available testifiers for HF222, Representative Tony Cornish, Chief Jeff Potts, Chief John Schnell, Drew Evans, Rich Neumister, and Don Gemberling.

Chair Scott laid over HF222 for further consideration.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:57 A.M.
