MINUTES

Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:49 p.m. on March 5th, 2015, in Room Five of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Bennett moved the minutes of March 4th, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF996 Sundin, Independent School District No. 91, Barnum authorized to transfer money between community service accounts.
Representative Loon moved HF996 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Sundin testified on HF996.

Representative Loon laid over HF996 for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill, or further consideration at a later date.
HF1110 Fischer, Water conservation programming in Minnesota schools grant funding provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Loon moved HF1110 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Fischer testified on HF1110.
