Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:48 p.m. on March 26th, 2015, in Room Five of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Murphy moved the minutes of March 25th, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF809 Gunther, Rural career counseling coordinators provided, reports required, funding provided for rural career counseling coordinators, funding provided for the Minnesota youth program, and money appropriated.
Representative Loon moved that HF809 be re-referred to the Committee on Job Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance Committee.
Representative Loon moved the H0809A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Gunther testified on HF809, as amended.
