Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, began the meeting at 1:05 P.M. on March 16th, 2016, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Newton moved the minutes of March 15th, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
