Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:50 P.M. on March 17th, 2016, in Room Five of the State Office Building.

Representative Nornes moved the minutes of March 16th, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2721 Marquart, Independent School Districts Nos. 152, Moorhead, and 2164, Dilworth-Glyndon Felton; voluntary realignment of the school district boundaries authorized.
Representative Marquart moved HF2721 be sent to Ways and Means Committee.
Representative Marquart testified on HF2721.
