MINUTES

Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:48 p.m. on February 12th, 2015, in Room Five of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Quam moved that the minutes of February 11th, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF34 Anzelc, Deer River; multiage center building renovation funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Representative Anzelc moved that HF34 be re-referred to the Committee on Capital Investment.

Representative Anzelc testified on HF34.

Representative Loon laid over HF34 for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill, or for further consideration at a later date.

Representative Bennett assumed the gavel at 1:14 p.m.

HF319 Persell, Headwaters Science Center grant authorized, and money appropriated.

Representative Bennett moved HF319 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Persell testified on HF319.

Representative Loon moved HF557 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
